Acrobatics is the performance of extraordinary feats of balance and agility. Acrobatics is most often associated with activities that make extensive use of gymnastic elements, such as acro dance, circus and gymnastics.
This discipline offers an opportunity to learn a number of different skills such as balances, extreme stretches and tumbles. We also cover contortion and teach the key strengthening exercises that give an extreme level of flexibility throughout the body. Acro classes at Flex Studio are available to juniors, intermediates and seniors.
